Dante Cady didn't follow a traditional path into tech. As a Year Up graduate from Rhode Island, he built his career through self-study, certifications, and relentless consistency — earning 11 IT certifications and advancing to Senior Cloud & Platform Engineer.
Along the way, he learned that opportunity isn't always given — it's often forged through discipline, skill-building, and the right guidance at the right time. That's why he started Forge13: to help others break into tech, grow their careers, and create real upward mobility regardless of where they started.
